  • 500 g Lean Ground Beef
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar, grated
  • 2 cups White Sauce (Homemade or Store-bought)
  • 1 1/2 cups Broccoli, blanched
  • 1 1/2 cups Green Beans, blanched (whole or chopped)
