  • 3 peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) diced red pepper
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt  Veggie Dogs:
