Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 3 ounces of cream cheese
  • 10 minutes While the chicken was simmering, I melt butter in another skillet
  • 3/4 cup I drizzled
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 6 large skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons guava paste (about 1 1/2 ounces)
  • 2 1/2 ounces fresh spinach leaves, chopped (2 cups loosely packed)
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup low-salt chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
  • 1 large mango, halved, pitted, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
