Ingredients

  • BLACKENED SALMON WITH TROPICAL FRUIT SALSA
  • 1 medium ripe mango, peeled, chopped (1 med = about 180ml)
  • 1 small ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, chopped (1 small = 125ml)
  • 40 ml minced red onion
  • 40 ml orange juice
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • 20 ml chopped fresh cilantro
  • 5 – 2.5ml chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 40 ml paprika
  • 20 ml kosher salt
  • 20 ml ground white pepper
  • 20 ml ground black pepper
  • 20 ml garlic powder
  • 20 ml onion powder
