  • 15 g Minced ginger
  • 1 Chilli finely chopped
  • 1 Tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp ajwain seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 Tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 Tsp chilli powder
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 6 Tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil plus extra for greasing
  • 100 ml Warm water
