Ingredients

  • 140 g Grated Courgette
  • 165 g Coarse Cornmeal
  • 125 g Self Raising Flour
  • 90 g Low Fat Yoghurt
  • 125 ml Water
  • 2 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 Tsp Soda Bicarbonate
  • 140 ml Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Ajwain Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander.
  • 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
