Ingredients

  • 7 inch round
  • 8 inch square
  • 200 g chopped gula melaka * i used 118g as i ran out of gula melaka! arrggggg
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 250 g salted butter * i used unsalted butter +
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 36 g brown sugar
  • 70 g coconut flower sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g cake flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 20 g coconut cream powder
  • – pour batter into pan, level out. sprinkle desiccated coconut on top of batter and bake in preheated oven of 170 degrees for 40-50 mins * i baked 48 mins at 180 degrees
  • 面糊倒入烤盘,铺平后在面糊撒上适量干椰丝。送入预热至 170摄氏度烤箱烤 40-50分钟 *我用了 180摄氏度烤了 48分钟
