Ingredients

  • 2 c Milk
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ c Milk
  • ¼ c Maida
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1½ c Sugar
  • 1 c Water
  • ½ tsp Rose water
  • ½ tsp Cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp Lime juice
  • 2. Now add the milk little at a time and knead it to a dough
  • 20 min
  • 5. In a pan mix sugar and water for the syrup
  • 7. Now heat oil in a kadai for frying the jamuns
  • 8. The heat of the oil should be low
