The HappyCall Pressure Pan (HCP) craze kept burning among HappyCall Chefs who contributes many wonderful recipes at Munch Ministry website as well as their HCP discussion group over at facebook
Determined not to compromise on either the baked, crispy, or gluten-free requirements I spent the weekend before the lunch testing a variety of different recipesand techniques
Heat a panand add oil to it. black pepper powder-according to your taste. I use canned sweet corn mostly and Mahadev loves to eat directly, more than when i fold it in any recipes
Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat until shimmering. While the rice cooks, toss the sweet potatoes in the olive oil, smoked paprika and salt until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated in oil
Heat a pan with oil. As the second most harvested crop next to Peanuts in my In-Laws place are sweet potatoes, the people of the town make varied recipes out of it and this is the one that I love the most as its a simple and quick side dish
I love sweet pongal - also called sakkarai pongal or chakkari pongal. Sieve this mixture and add it to the rice quinoa and dal mixture in the cooker/pan
Example it can be use as a steamer to steam herbal chicken/fish, baking such as sweet potato, cereal chicken and this Pineapple Upside-down Cake and many others wonderful dishes which you can find HERE
Basically, I just followed the instructions on the packet of Kosher Dill pickling mix, bringing water and vinegar to a boil, mixing with the packet contents, and pouring over my cucumber and jalapeno slices, letting them sit in a bowl for the required time, then transferring them to a jar to chill out in the fridge until dinner
