Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups chilled white grape juice
  • peach
  • 1 cup
  • 2 T fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 3. Serve over ice and peach slices
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion,
  • 2 cups pitted and chopped Kalamata olives,
  • 8 oz block of feta cheese cut in
  • 1/4 cup olive oil,
  • 3 T fresh lemon juice,
  • 2 cloves garlic minced,
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, and
  • 2 tsp dried oregano leaves
