Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots
  • 2 Tbsp.
  • olive oil
  • 1 tsp harissa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • bay leaves
  • lime, sliced
  • Cover with foil, bake at 450 for 10 minutes; uncover, bake an additional 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with salt and serve!
