  • 1 can (12 fluid ounces) evaporated milk
  • ⅓ cup whipping cream
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ⅓ cup panko crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
