Ingredients

  • 3 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, large dice
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup cooked beets, large dice (you can use canned)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup all-natural maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard seed
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 8 whole coriander seeds
  • 4 medium (or 3 large) sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup apple chutney
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and diced (I used red delicious)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp all-natural maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
