  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 4 scallions
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 celery rib
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 15 minutes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 hour Serve.
