  • 4 cups of cold water (~1 quart)
  • 2 TBSP raw honey (real raw honey often needs mixed into warm water first to help it mix into cold drinks)
  • 2 TBSP molasses, optional
  • 1/4 cup of cider vinegar (see health benefits)
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger (see health benefits)
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt (to replace electrolytes -sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium- lost in heavy sweating)
  • By doubling and tripling the recipe it
