Ingredients

  • fresh strawberries
  • 60 g hazelnut powder
  • 60 g egg whites ( leave in room temperature for few hours or a day )
  • 1 tsp egg white powder
  • 120 g/1 cup icing sugar
  • 60 g castor sugar
  • some yellow food colouring
  • 125 ml Liddells Lactose free milk ( or any milk)
  • 25 g sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla paste
  • 30 g egg yolks
  • 13 g cornstarch
  • 1 quantity of creme patissierre
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 100 g Western Star unsalted butter, cubed and in room temperature
