  • 1 egg 1 cup Greek yogurt {8 oz}
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oats, ground into flour (measure before grinding)
  • ½ cup almond flour, packed
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 apple, peeled and grated (I used Granny Smith)
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
