  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates

  • 1 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp silken tofu
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 2 1/2 tsp cornstarch
