  • 4 cups shredded cabbage (I used half a large head of cabbage)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots (2 medium)
  • 4 shredded radishes
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp dill seeds
  • ½ tsp celery seed
  • 1 tbs dried parsley (or ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped)
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
