Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 lb fresh white fish fillets (halibut, Mahi mahi, snapper, Tilapia etc.. Your choice.)

  • Avocado-Yogurt Sauce
  • 1 large ripe avocado, pitted and roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup water
