Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 tbsp ground flax + 4 tbsp water (2 vegan eggs)
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or 4 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 3 tbsp non-dairy milk of choice
  • toppings of choice (nuts, chocolate chips, cacao nibs, etc)
