  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup grated apples
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp apple or orange juice
  • 35 minutes
