  • 1 can of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3/4 cup of mayo (vegan)
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1/4 c bread and butter pickles, diced
  • 1/4 c red onion, diced
  • Directions
  • Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. ENJOY!
