  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp grated orange zest optional
  • 3/4 cup dried cherries, cranberries, or raisins
