Ingredients

  • 1 cup puffed rice cereal or 1 cup rolled oat
  • 1/2 cup sesame seed
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut or 1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
  • 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup dried apricot, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried figs or 1/2 cup dates, diced
  • 1/2 cup slivered almond, toasted
  • 1/2 cup pepitas, toasted
  • 1/3-1/2 cup LSA (sunflower seed, almonds and ground linseed mixture)
  • 1 cup golden syrup
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup tahini (optional)
  • 200 g 80% couverture dark chocolate, grated into smaller pieces
  • 400 g 80% couverture dark chocolate
