  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup non fat cottage cheese (you can substitute this for yogurt or milk however if you do so be sure to add in a pinch of salt)
  • 1-2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp canola oil (I put this in the second time I made these pancakes and it just made it easier to flip them)optional
