Place 2 cups of arugula on a plate and top with 1 cup of tunasalad. 1-5 ounce can of albacore tuna in water, drained & broken up. 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon mayo
Stir in cheese, peas, celery and basil, AND tuna and peppers. Pour salad dressing over pasta mixture. To serve, stir in a few tablespoons additional salad dressing, if necessary, to moisten pasta mixture
