Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of beef (optional)
  • 2 handfuls fresh parsely, chopped
  • 3 handfuls fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 whole fresh green chard, leaves chopped
  • 1 medium potato, diced
  • a hand full of chickpeas, pre-cooked
  • 1/2 bell pepper or 1 chili pepper
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1.5 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Tunisian harissa
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
