I love this recipe for SlowCookerButter Chicken because it’s easy to put together in the morning (or even the day before) and it turns out delicious every time
Stir together brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl and sprinkle over butter. Drape paper towels over top of slowcooker (to absorb any condensation during baking), then cover with lid
Remove from heat and stir in minced ginger. Place the tenderloins in the slowcooker. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, salt, powdered ginger, cinnamon, garlic, cloves, black pepper, and crushed red pepper
It comes out juicy and tender, and if you’d like to add an extra step–I’m not always in the mood depending on how busy our dinner hour is–you can take the remaining juice out of the crock and heat it in a saucepan on the stove to reduce to a thicker sauce
