Ingredients

  • 600 g bread flour
  • 10 g instant yeast
  • 30 g milk powder
  • 80 g sugar
  • 8 g salt
  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • egg wash
  • Place into 4 rolls into the baking loaf pan and let it rest
  • for 1 hour.
