At one point I owned the blue Master Prep and it comes with a pitcher and a small processing bowl. I believe the newer one is black and has better blade technology. Here’s the link if you care to see it. In my opinion, the small bowl would the ideal for making small amounts of nut butter. The large bowl I have is best for larger amounts of nut butter.

What you have now is homemade sweet cream butter, and the liquid below is slightly sweetened buttermilk, which you can use in any recipe which calls for milk or buttermilk (I used ours in the Strawberry Breakfast Bread Pudding I made for breakfast the next morning - delicious
