When it’s done, I just need to form it into whatever shape I need, usually hamburger or hoagie rolls, and let them rise a bit before baking.
recipes for my basic bread needs: one I use for making my buns and the occasional loaf of bread and Italian bread which is used for garlic bread and anything where a heartier dough is needed. I’ll be posting the Italian bread at a later date.
