Homemadeseasonings are so easy to throw together yourself as long as you have staple spices kicking’ around in your kitch (onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika/smoked paprika, cayenne, dried herbs, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to name a few)
Maybe you already have either a store bought or homemade Italian seasoning blend in your spice rack, but just in case you happen not to, here is my simple recipe
So I decided that I needed to create a good basic seasoning mix using the most often reached for spices and seasonings-all the flavors we love in one handy little jar without the additives and sodium that store bought would contain
House Seasoning. Store leftover seasoning in an airtight container for up to 6 months. Salsa. Combine all ingredients, and any extra ingredients you may want to add, in a large glass bowl
Sure enough I found a recipe for homemade taco seasoning - and luckily - I had every ingredient. Well guess what - no taco shells and no taco seasoning
Measure all the ingredients and put it in a large mixing bowl Stir the spices for at least a minute or put it in a blender and pulse 3 to 4 times Store in a glas jar or resealable bag
Measure all the ingredients as described in the ingredients Put in a mixing bowl or mortar and stir for at least 1 minute to evenly distribute all ingredients through the Adobo seasoning
