  • brown rice
  • vegetable broth
  • 1/4 of

  • 2 1/2 cups polenta
  • 1 cup dry polenta or corn meal
  • 1 cup coconut milk (I used a lite culinary coconut milk)
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
