Ingredients

  • 2 cups cookies, chopped 1/3-1/2 cups canned coconut milk 2 teaspoons sugar Instructions Combine the chopped cookies, 1/3 cup coconut milk and the sugar in a food processor. Process until smooth. If it is too thick add a little more coconut milk. Notes Note: We used ginger snaps for one batch and cinnamon Teddy Grahams for the other. It is recommended not to use soft cookies or cookies with jelly filling. By Kara Smith
