  • ¼ cup rice flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 2 cups salt
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 180 C add the coated chicken and deep fry for
