  • 6-8 flatbreads
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup wheat gluten
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • 100 degrees
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 100 degrees
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups bread flour

    I am vegan so I changed 1 cup if milk for 1 cup of almond milk and this is delicious...my little family LOVED IT. By the way I tried as mini pizza and pocket pitta and works perfectly
