Ingredients 2 cups old-fashioned oats ¾ cup almonds, chopped ⅛ cup sunflower seeds ¼ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon ⅛ tsp.ground ginger ⅛ tsp. nutmeg ¼ cup coconut oil, melted ¼ cup maple syrup (or ⅛ cup honey, ⅛ cup maple syrup for non-vegans.) ½ tsp. vanilla Instructions Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix together the oats, almonds, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Combine the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Drizzle over dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Spread out onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Give the ingredients a toss and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Allow to cool on cookie sheet and once they have firmed up nicely, transfer to an airtight container. 3.2.2802
