Transfer the dough balls in a ziploc bag ( freezer bag). I do freezer meals, some days I just pre cut the meats and vegetables , pre cook meats ( like ground beef)
Take the dough out of the machine and knead for a few minutes by hand on a floured surface. Take a bowl with warm water and add the yeast and sugar so it can feed the yeast
(Did I mention I've made A LOT of mistakes with homemadepizzadough. (If freezing the dough, wrap in plastic wrap, place in a zip lock bag, and freeze at this point
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and let sit in warm place to rise (see notes). Place on parchment lined sheet pan or directly on flour dusted pizza stone (like I use)
HomemadePizzaDough. It is everything pizzadough should be and is not difficult to make. You can press the dough into a disc or use a rolling pin to shape your pizza
I use it to make my own chicken parmesan with my homemadepizza sauce, the recipe is so versatile you can make a lot of different variations with what you have on hand
Few years back, my kids and I went one of my Singapore friend Sheeju’s house and she treated us some delicious items including quick and easy pizzas with pita/pitta bread

If you have access to bread flour, then you're good, if not do not loose heart, our good old maida or flour is fine (I use Elite Maida), but make sure the flour is fresh and this is important
