  • 2 c. half and half
  • 14 T. pumpkin puree
  • 12 T. sugar
  • 12 t. pumpkin pie spice
  • 11-2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 c. half and half 4 T. pumpkin puree 2 T. sugar 2 t. pumpkin pie spice 1-2 cinnamon sticksIn a small saucepan whisk together the half and half, pumpkin puree, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Drop in the cinnamon sticks.
  • 1 Bring this to a boil, continuing to stir for one minute.
  • 1 Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes before adding to your coffee.
  • 1 Make coffee as usual using this creamer, adding additional sugar if needed.
  • 1 Keep in a sealed glass mason jar in the fridge {removing the cinnamon sticks} for up to one week. Shake well before using.
