Ingredients

  • 5 star rating I did only a few minor changes
  • 1 t chili powder
  • 2 cloves of
  • 1/2 t kosher salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 2 t Oil
  • 1/2 medium onion chopped fine
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or crushed
  • 1 - 15 oz can pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • 2/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 t chili powder
  • 1/2 t kosher salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 t pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 T chopped cilantro (optional)
