  • 200 g Red Jalapeno (I use 80g jalapeno and 120g sun-dried tomato)
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled (I didn’t use it)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut sugar or any unrefined brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Pink Sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Light Soy sauce
  • 80 ml Distilled white vinegar
