When you’re ready to eat your decadent Blueberry ButtermilkCoffee Cake, just take however many pieces out you want and let them thaw on the countertop, or microwave for a few seconds until warmed through
I actuallly went on line looking for a nice healthy bread recipe and came across this buttermilk and oatmeal bread at a blog call Courage in the Kitchen
If not, repeat this process for a further day or so until it is. Thanks for this challenge. This will help create a more ‘vertical’ dough, ready for proofing
