Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 2/3 cup mild honey
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers (for eating, "culinary lavender" is often suggested)
  • 2 large eggs (we used 3 smaller ones from our hens)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
