Ingredients

  • 2 di luar sana yg tau resepi sebenarnya sudi
  • 1 cwn serbuk koko - ayakkan
  • 1/2 cwn gula halus
  • 1 cwn air panas
  • 1/2 cwn susu cair
  • 250 gm butter
  • 2 cwn gula perang
  • 4 biji telur
  • 2 cwn tepung gandum*
  • 2 bsama esen vanilla n terus pukul lg shinga rata.
  • 2 dgn adunan coklat, gaul secara kaupbalik shingga rata.
  • 5. Lenserkan loyang berukuran 8 inci dgn sdkt butter, lapik kertas minyak n lenser butter sdkt lg.
  • 6. Tuang adunan kek dlm loyang n bakar secara 'waterbath' dlm oven yg telah dpanaskan dgn suhu 180C selama 1 jam 15 mnt atau shingga masak mgikut oven masing
  • 2 cream cheese frosting..
  • 500 gm cream cheese
  • 250 gm mascarpone
  • 100 gm gula aising - ayakkan
  • 1 sdb serbuk nescafe - ayakkan
  • 2 ganache utk filling..
  • 50 ml whipping cream
  • 200 gm coklat compound - hiris halus
  • 2 ganache utk kek.., buat selepas cheese mengeras.
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 300 gm coklat compound
  • 2 kek, buat sebesar saiz duit 50 sen
  • 3. Pipe pula adunan ganache disekeliling adunan cheese.
