Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 11 container (8 oz) sour cream
  • 11/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 11 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 11 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 11 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 11/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 11 lb cooked fresh crabmeat
  • 11 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
  • 1 Toasted French bread rounds or crackers, if desired1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard and garlic salt until blended. Fold in crabmeat.
  • 12 Spoon mixture into ungreased 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish; sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  • 13 Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with parsley. Serve with French bread rounds.
