Stir peanut butter into hot chocolate until smooth. Pour the chocolate syrup into a medium microwave-safe bowl and microwave until hot, about 2 minutes on high, stopping every 30 seconds. Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish with a layer of icecream sandwiches
Since I was already throwing brownies into this base and I wanted the fudge taste as well (without having to buy fudgepieces), I just drizzled some hotfudge between layers of the icecream
When I do, I usually add the fudge to the icecream itself to get it all swirly, but for these sammies I decided to make it more of a hotfudge kind of deal and slather it onto the sandwiches right before serving, YES
Add the egg mixture to the hot milk in the saucepan and stir well with a wooden spoon. When the pies have cooled slightly, drizzle with Royal Icing and accompany each pie with a scoop of Vanilla Bean IceCream
Break or chop the chocolate into small pieces and add to the cream mixture. Serve with a scoop of icecream resting in a chilli caramel curl/basket and with the warm chocolate fudge sauce in a small pot on the side

Only this time around I added salted caramel sauce, you know – liquid gold. Of course banana creampie seams like a good Easter dessert, and bunnies of some sort somewhere are a must

Select IceCream cycle. If your Blendtec doesn’t feature an IceCream/Frozen Yogurt button, blend on a Low speed for 15 seconds, then blend on a Medium High speed for 30 seconds
Spoon remaining icecream into large bowl. Spoon decoratively over pie. Working quickly, add pumpkin mixture and fold just until swirled into icecream (do not blend completely)
In my defense, it was that hot sultry homemade caramel that was the impetus for this recipe. In a climate like this one, I generally find myself preferring warm and hearty foods– hot drunken monkey bread, hearty chili and the like
