Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound bone

  • 2 tablespoons table salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix well, add the ribs and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Preheat grill to a surface temperature of about 500 degrees. On my grill that is right at medium but on lesser grills will be more like 3/4 power. Clean and oil. Remove ribs from brine and rinse under running water to remove extra salt. Pat dry. Give the ribs a light brushing of your favorite BBQ sauce and pepper to taste. Grill until internal temperature of about 155. Flip about every 5 minutes and the last few minutes give them another light brushing of BBQ sauce. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Recipe Notes
