Ingredients

  • 1 pork chop per person
  • 3 tbsp of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp vegetable
  • Salad greens
  • 200 g green beans *
  • 2 handfuls of black olives, stoned
  • 8 Anchovy fillets
  • 1 green pepper, chopped into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 tin of tuna (I prefer mine in oil instead of brine but that’s a question of taste)
  • 2 boiled eggs (I boil mine for 8 mins from cold so that the yolk is still a little gooey)
