Ingredients

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 cups of
  • Pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup of
  • Pineapple juice
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium size onions
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • ¼ cup of
  • low sodium soy sauce
  • ¾ cup of water
  • 3 tablespoon of
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
  • Cooking oil
  • 5 minutes Add the Pineapple juice, ginger, syrup, flour and salt. Stir well.
